Welcome to Al Education Tech These Terms and conditions govern the delivery, return, and refund policies for demo and purchased products. By using our demo services or purchasing our products, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. Delivery Policy

Delivery takes a maximum of 14 days, depending on payment completion for outright purchases of Al Education Tech pens.

Demo product deliveries follow the same timeline.

Shipping and taxes are calculated based on the province of delivery.

2. Replacement and Return Policy

Al Education Tech offers free replacement of pens within the first six (6) months if purchased directly through Al Education Tech, regardless of the issue.

All product returns after purchase must be completed within 30 days.

Products being returned must be sent back in the same condition as received.

Customers are responsible for ensuring products are properly packaged and shipped back.

3. Refund Policy

If a product is returned and is not in a like-new condition, we will offer 80% of the refund amount.

If a faulty product is returned, Al Education Tech will inspect the item and may choose to repair or replace it.

Refunds, if eligible, will be credited back to the original payment method.

Return instructions are typically sent via email.

4. Customer Responsibility

Customers must ensure that all returned products are in the same condition as they were received.

Al Education Tech is not responsible for lost or damaged returned items during transit.
